Day 109

22 January 2009- I took this image in raw. It adds an extra step to the process, and I haven't decided if it's worth it yet.

Lorelei likes bread. I take that back. Lorelei LOVES bread. It's very cute, but I have to watch like a hawk to make sure she doesn't shove too much in her mouth and choke herself.

In other news: I have been keeping up taking pictures, just not posting them. Sometime I will get caught up on the posting part. Lurkers.... who is there? Anyone willing to say hi? I'm just curious who, if anyone, is following this blog. A little encouragement goes a long way *grin*

Day 108

21 January 2009- A nice warm day at the Arboretum. Picnic lunches, plenty of room for the babies to play, and fresh air. I can't wait to do it again. The weather needs to cooperate.

Day 107

20 January 2009- Lorelei says her new ride is better than her dad's motorcycle. Hers runs on mommy power, and has toys attached.

Day 106

19 January 2009- Driving through downtown Austin I was struck by how many cranes there are. The slow economy certainly hasn't slowed down the building of new apartment towers around here.

Day 105

18 January 2009- All the lettuce and the green onions on this salad came from my garden! Horray! Completely fresh lettuce is such a treat, and unlike the stuff at the store, 50 people haven't already touched it before me.

16 January 2009

Day 102

15 January 2009- My garage is half filled by these. Only one of the 4 work.

Day 101

14 January 2009- These were still on my tomato plant so I decided to pick them. Once brought inside they all ripened and didn't taste too bad.

Day 100

13 January 2009- "If I can't eat the grass why'd you put me where I can reach it, mom?"

Day 99

11 Jan 2009 Avocado in one of those nifty mesh feeders. I know I should be taking pictures of things that aren't my baby, but her eating real food fascinates me.

Day 97

10 January 2009- Grilled ham and cheese sandwich

Day 96

9 January 2009- She really likes asparagas

5 January 2009- A lazy hang out in bed morning

Day 91

4 January 2009- The thoughts that must have been going on in this little girl's mind... "Mama... what are you doing down there? Can I come down with you? Mmmm.. this camera looks yummy.... "

Day 90

3 Jan 2009- A 85 degree winter day. We went for a hike at Walnut Creek Metropolitan park

Day 89

2 January 2009- Somethin's been eating my lettuce

Day 88

1 January 2009- Of course M has to watch football for New Years. We didn't go anywhere and I was playing with slow shutter speeds and light.

Yes, I know I'm very behind on posting. Bad news is, I've been sick. Good news is, I have taken some pictures every day, just have not gotten them online.
